Would love to give it a higher rating as I bought due to the low Static current: 0.85 mA .In essence its more like 8.5mA ..Quality is OK 3 out of the 10 failed out the box.... But to be fair For what you get for the price they are still a good price just wish static current was below 1mA

These devices are dirt cheap but as with such things, the quality can be a little low. In tests I found with a supply voltage of 9V, the output is only 4.7V. You only get 5V with a supply voltage of 13.8V and that's with no load. If you must have exactly 5V for you project, you are probably better off with the more expensive OKI-73SR. However, given the price, which includes USB cables, you could do worse.Correction: I of course meant OKI-78SR. Another point worth mentioning is that the pin spacing is not breadboard friendly i.e. not on a 0.1 inch pitch.
