Easy to use and good for my shoulder pain
The media could not be loaded. Those product was so easy to use and the red light function has 3 levels of intensity. I starred out at first level and now trying 2nd level so I can't wait to see how that makes my shoulder pain even better since I could definitely feel it getting better even just on first level. The TENS function is very effective and has 3 levels as well. I only tried first level and it was strong enough on my shoulder muscles that I could feel it working very well. I love how the strap can be wrapped around your body to keep the device in place. I can't wait to try it out other places too. Would def recommend.

It's a pretty decent product, though I used better laser protective eyeware than that which comes with it. The pain relief is small but noticeable, good for after exercise to minimize next day soreness, and it also seems to help joints some. The tens function is a bit too close together, it ends up feeling more like a mild taser than other sticky pad based tens units do. It's easy to hold, being the wand form factor.

Product difficult to turn on after only 9 months.
This red light laser device worked properly for 9 months. Now the on/off button is getting more and more difficult turn the device on. I suspect it won’t last for even a full year before it is unusable. Product support is no longer available, making the warranty useless.

Straps do not work
The straps are useless. If you try to strap this to use hands free you may be burnt. I tried to strap it in for specific areas and even while relaxing in bed. It was impossible without the unit touching the skin and this is painful.

Chronic pain
I have chronic pain on my shoulder and knee. I am on medication for that. So I needed some kind of reliever other than meds to help ease the pain . I am not sure if this works for the long term. But for the first time it was strong enough to feel relief on my shoulder pain. I will continue to use and update the progress
