Does this stay non stick with long term use? Many thanks for any help.

I’ve used mine a lot and I’m very pleased with its non stick. I always spray with oil top and bottom before using - and while still warm I wipe it all clean with kitchen towel. I’ve used it to cook sausages in also. Just make sure you wipe it clean after every use. Love it.

No removable plates but non stick ceramic wipe clean easy.
