These are very light weight. So much so that when I got them, I initially thought they were plastic. However, they are really just aluminum that is fairly thin. That is a good thing in that it doesn't add a ton of extra weight to the bike but still seems to be strong enough to hold someone. I like that it came with four as well. I also like that they are hexagonal instead of round because I feel like it has better grip that way.What I didn't like as much was that the quality of the manufacturing wasn't super great. They seemed to have been turned on a lathe and some of the material was missed in parts so that it looks a little sloppy. However, I think that it doesn't matter a ton for me because I am just going to be standing on them anyway.

These peds are a cheap product. They don't support much weight and a pain to install. I wouldn't go with this product and would try something else first.
