A VACATION SAVER! We scheduled a ski vacation Road Trip or 750 miles each way from Northern California to Park City And Canyon Village Utah. Antother family member flew out and was ridden home with us and we realized that we were over loaded in the SUV. We ordered this Hitch Cargo Carrier and it arrived the next day to the AIRBNB in Salt Lake City.DETAILS * * * *Solid directions and all parts easy to identify. Well designed and easy to assemble. It fit very well behind a 10 year ol Hyundai Santa Fe and the twilights were clearly visible above the cargo bag.Speaking of the cargo bag. It is solid, strong, waterproof and weather proof, as we drove the a heavy winter snow storm and protected everything inside perfectly.Basically we did not even notice it was attached. Thru a major Sierra snow storm (The largest in the last two months of ski season) it performed flawlessly.Yes. we Highly recommend this one, and we are pleased with purchasing it.Just stop searching and buy this one. For the size and quality it rated 100% with us. And I looked at all of them.

We purchased this for a 1000 mile round trip vacation. I chose this one for its better design & larger capacity bag than the others. The bag is super sturdy with a high quality zipper & velcro securements. Straps are solid! It fit into our 2” hitch with no problem. We did not experience any stabilizer problems. There were no directions included, but no worries as they’re on YouTube. Plus my husband said it wasn’t difficult to figure out. We did encounter rain with no issues . We fit 5 carry on size suitcases plus 2 extra items on top. This really freed up room in our SUV for 4 adults. We love it!

Took this on a 15+ hour road trip and it worked great! Drove through some very heavy rain storms - everything stayed dry inside. We had researched many other brands and happy with our choice!

Got thus for a Toyota rav4 Adventure. Stock tow hitch from Toyota. Fits great. Seems good but advice is hit it with a can of black rustolium paint asap because the coating in thin and rust starts fast. For the price would buy again as it's pretty sturdy.

Recently purchased and used this on a family trip from the Philly area to Disney. Because I had 5 passengers in the vehicle, I looked to store our luggage elsewhere for comfort. I’ve used the roof ‘bubble’ in the past but I was unhappy with the wind noise. Glad I chose this. I measured the interior of the bag and purchased 5 large tote bins from Home Depot. I was able to fit the 5 bins plus a few additional duffle bags and other loose items. We drove through two separate storms and didn’t get a drop of water inside! It’s well made and you forget it’s back there when loaded and installed properly. I would definitely recommend this for anyone taking a trip and wanting more interior room for passengers.

After searching for different cargo baskets I saw this one as the best value for the size and accessories it came with. Assembly and installation was easy and the hard part was deciding what to bring with me on the trip because this created so much space! Took it 800 miles round trip through mountains, hills, drive-thru’s, and even fit in parking spaces. Awesome buy!

After assembly and installation onto camper hitch. I am very happy with the sturdiness and size. That being said. He sure to tighten as much as possible the bolts. If not. It will wiggle. You don't want that !As far as the water proof bag. It is ! And very large. We fit four hammock chairs. Two 13 by 19 camping mats. 25 pounds of wood. Pellets for the pellet grill. A leaf blower and extension cords. And honestly. We have more room. Very pleased with the hitch cargo rack so far. Will update if anything changes. You won't go wrong with this unit !

This was very easy to assemble. Very well made. Sturdy. Comes with lots of accessories to help make it quieter by not rattling in the hitch. Great for the price. It is a bit heavy to pick up and put in the hitch, but I just put it as raised so I could hold and lift and then was able to slide in easier.
