I had issues with the first one and marked 2 stars , but customer care was absolutely superb and tried to rectify the issue straight away and asked to try a few things 1st , although none was unfortunatley successful. The response was very good and helpful and they replied quickly .They then said a replacement would be sent and it turn up within 48 hours .The replacement works absolutely great and all features now work perfectly.I would highly recommend even though i had issues, as the customer service was superb and product is really clear and easy to.set up and now works properly, I was just unlucky on the initial oneAdjusted to 5 starsOverall works really well in my studio gym .Easy to use and save settings.However the remote only works from a meter or so away ,so if you want to pause or reset it during a class or training session then you have to walk right up to it to get it to stop or start again.Frustrating to say the least !!
