Bad install experience. Still not functional
Couldn’t get it to work. Been working with manufacturer and so far no resolution.

Fast delivery. Received day early.
Just received 1 day earlier (Thursday, 1-18-24). After opening box and seeing the simple wiring installation giving 5 stars... NOTE: read online removing old 2005 Lexus RX-330 radio/climate control unit require 10mm socket... Will UPDATE when installed and find any bugs/problems?

Amazing Radio and Customer Service
This Radio is amazing! The only thing better is their Customer Service! I contacted them earlier, and they stayed on phone til 10pm fixing my issue.
