Worth the money, found a few shark teeth with this! Easy to use and put together, very durable it seems like it’s oversized but it makes it easier to be able to grab more sand to sift for stuff! We love it

The scoop is of good quality imo.

This works great and I used a pice of old PVC pipe I had to make a handle. Construction is solid and I’ve been using it on the beach when I metal detector. It’s light enough where I can carry it for an hour or two without difficulty. Whatever you decide to use for a handle, take the weight overall into consideration. I’ve carried shovels in the past and the lower the weight the better the outing will be. At the end opposite the scoop end, there is enough space to put the ball of my foot to help “shovel” or dig into the sand. The ‘screen’ size is great to allow all sand to filter through while retaining objects I discovered, such as coins and other metal trinkets. Overall it’s what I expected and am very pleased with the product.

Brought this on a trip to collect shells and it worked pretty well. The holes are small enough that it filtered out sand well without small shells falling through. Our only issue was that the black grip wouldn’t stay on when we used it in the water. Also would recommend getting it with a pole like some people do because it would’ve made it a lot easier! It was very sturdy though and didn’t bend or warp at all after hours of use.

Purchased to dig up sand fleas, not only did it do that, but was also good for shell collecting and rinsing. Both husband and wife got use out of it. Simple assembly. Seems sturdy.

We bought this for our 6 year old who loves to dig for sand crabs on the beach. This allows him to be able to dig in the sand with the scooper then have the water wash the sand away without allowing anything he caught escape. He was always struggling to keep the sand crabs once caught because he could not wash the sand off his hands without losing his finds. So far the quality is great, it has performed its job perfectly. I wish it was a little smaller or collapsible just for easy storage, but I wouldn’t trade it because it is durable.

Bought for cleaning chicken litter with sand method. It works so darn well! You need a strong stick to take the weight but this is awesome!!! Highly recommend for coops and sand mothid. It's solid and not flimsy. Plus 1/5 the price of the fancy chicken scoops
