Love them

I received this beautiful set of screwdrivers as a gift from my wife, and put them to work immedeatly. I love the feel of the wooden handles, and the tips seem just as solid as my old Kleins. There are however, a few caveats that potential owners should know about. The fit and finish of these screwdrivers seems to vary quite a bit. Some were perfect, but some were not. One in particular was drilled off center by a few degrees and thus a little odd to use in the hand (the most egregious error so far). The tips are perfect on some, and not on others, while the leather washer appears to be seated perfectly on some and off center on others. In addition, the shafts (which runs the full length and out the bottom for striking) appears recessed into the bottom on some, and not fit for purpose. All that said, I love them (aside from the off-center one), but I have no use for the pretty gift box. I would gladly trade the box for 7 working screwdrivers as opposed to 6 good ones and one angled one.

One of the screw drivers had a fault line in the handle. So logic says if the screw driver with said fault will have some preload to fail. Apart from that, delivery time was good price ok, packaging very good. So I can live with screw drivers all said and done.
