To start off with I bought this to fix my BIG dumb mistake. I was in a hurry and being cheap so I used what was left in my remaining bag of grout. Which turned out to be thin set. I had enough left over I decided to fix some worn/missing old grout lines that were 20 years old. well the thin set was not beige it was gray and the old light beige grout line were now dark brown. I bought this dye to save me from buying an entire new bag of brown grout and redoing everything fresh and new. I had read that thin set could NOT be dyed after it was dry. Wrong !! This dye not only made the old dark grout and the gray thin set Sandstone beige it matched the fresh brown grout PERFECTLY !!! While this stuff mat be pricey it works! I will revisit this review in 6 moths or more to let ya'll know how durable it is and how well it absorbs the sealant.

I’m so excited! I just mopped my floors, and for once, the grout didn’t get dirtier from mopping. My grout looks great and is back to being a light color again. I think I read that it can last up to 15 years. That’s so much better than sealing every year. Will update if anything changes.

When my tile guy used the wrong color grout and refused to fix it, I was determined to find something that could work. This was perfect. I tried two different colors to match our wood-look tiles. Goes on pretty easily; I squeezed a small bead along the grout line, then rubbed it in with a toothbrush, but eventually realized a cloth worked fine. Just be warned. This stuff is epoxy and will be nearly impossible to remove if you let it dry too long. So when applying, try to stick to the grout as much as possible without excess on the tiles. I've scrubbed, scraped, tried vinegar, and consulted a professional painter before giving up and covering the worst spots with area rugs.

I give it no stars if I could. Supposed to be like paint, but product was solid.

worked great. couldn't get the old grout clean so stained it. a little goes a long way. i cut an old toothbrush thin and used it to apply. let sit for a couple minutes than wiped off the excess. tiles are still old but at least the grout is all the same color. would buy again.
