Very good product
Nice results on a leather jacket. No color change, and the leather softened nicely. Mild odor that went away quickly.

Still The Best Leather Conditioner After All These Years
Apple Brand's leather care line is still my favorite, after all these years, so I thought I should take a moment and post a review for their conditioner. First recommended to me by a Franklin Covey representative, far enough in my past to make me feel very old, I have been using this product for almost as many years as Franklin planners. To date, having tried about ten or so of the various cleaners and conditioners out there, I have found that, for basic cleaning, light touch ups and conditioning, the Apple Conditioner, that's right Conditioner, actually works better than anything. For heavier soils, I use their cleaner and occasionally another, but, again, this conditioner works wonders. When buffed gently, with a soft cloth, it cleans. When wiped away and reapplied, buffing gently again, it moisturizes and sinks in. I often leave a thin layer for a half hour or so on difficult leathers that require too much moisture for just one treatment. Of course, this works wonders on my Franklin planner and it has never, ever, harmed anything I've treated with it. For lamb leather, a soft, unfinished leather, I can never get anything to gently clean away bits of discoloration without harming the leather, and so, I go off label and use a tiny amount of this, buffing gently and then wiping away after about ten seconds, on a lamb handbag from about fifteen years ago. I have found that careful application of this product keeps my favorite old bag as clean and supple as it can be, given how heavily I've used it, without ruining the leather. If you need to try this product for an unfinished leather, keep in mind that this product is specifically labeled as NOT to be used on unfinished leathers and remember to try it on a hidden and small spot, to buff gently but quickly and to wipe away after about ten seconds. It will look dark and damaged for a few minutes and then, after about ten, it will have dried to how the leather of your item will look if you treat with this product. I hope this helps you and good luck with your leather care project.

Great and safe for Vuitton vachetta with patina. Need guidance from manufacturer on order to apply Garde and Conditioner.
When I acquired a pre-owned LV Cabas Mezzo I did a lot of research on products to protect the vachetta leather. This bag has vachetta straps and a vachetta bottom. It had already developed an even patina. The bag was made in 2003, and kept in a dust bag for nearly the entire past 12 years. So everything I report about my experience applies only to vachetta that already has some patina. There are many people reporting their experiences on The Purse Forum. Among the many products, two brands seem to have the greatest following for treating and protecting vachetta. There is that very expensive vachetta kit which has its loyal followers. A tiny 50ml bottle of conditioner will set you back over $20 and even this brand has some users who are not happy about what happened when they used the product on new vachetta. And then there is Apple. I have used Apple Garde and Apple Conditioner on other bags and after doing all the research I decided to try it on my new-to-me Cabas Mezzo. I used the Garde first and then the conditioner. The Garde did not change the color or texture of the leather at all. The conditioner darkened the leather very slightly, and left the leather feeling smooth, and the straps were even more supple than before. I am greatly relieved and completely satisfied at least for now. There are all kinds of warnings that you should not use anything at all on LV vachetta, and that LV warns against using anything. And yet the vachetta is very vulnerable to water spotting and soiling. After doing all the research it seems that the best approach is to use nothing on new vachetta. Wait until the bag develops a light to medium patina, and then condition and protect. The problem is -- what do you do while you're waiting? Some people actually sun tan their bags for a few weeks. My bag was stored away like a fine wine. There really seems to be something of an advantage in acquiring a pre-owned bag if you can find one in great condition. It is curious that there is no manufacturer's site that you can find online, nor are there clear directions provided. Which should be applied first -- the Garde or the conditioner?

Reliable and no fuss
Best leather conditioner!! I baby all my leather goods with it as needed. Never had any problems with it. It’s cheap and works with most leather. One bottle lasts forever :)

Worked great
Worked great on my LV purse! Only got 4 stars because of the smell of it but my husband said that was normal for leather cleaner…

This stuff is great!!!
This is by far the best leather conditioner I have ever used. I was recommended to me by a shoe repair guy. I use it on my bags, shoes, boots and even the leather chair in our family room. And it doesn't stink!!!

Refreshed and not looking dried out.
We have an Arhaus leather sectional and it was needing a refresh. I researched what to use and this Apple Leather conditioner came up. The leather really soaked it up. Used almost entire bottle and put it on fairly liberally.
