Do the sockets stretch with use or will I be able to use this for an extended period of time?

If you are wanting to practice Instrumentation on this model, it is not ideal for that. I am a DH Student :) I used this model for studying the anatomy of the tooth, and placement strokes :)

Is it possible to purchase the teeth as replacement?

Does this thing comes 32 teeth? the product pictures only shows 28 and doesn't seems to have the four 3rd molar for all quadrants.

You are correct, it only has 28 teeth, and I think most models do as well. However this is a great product.
