The battery & the service good.
I've only had the battery 2 weeks now & have used it a couple of times, it does what it says in the spec. I just hope it lasts 5 years as stated. If it does then well worth the purchase.The reason for 4 star rating is that the seller could have help the customer by recommendation accessories like the carry bag or even better have the option to purchase with of without the carry bag.The battery didn't come with the requested connection, I emailed the seller, they were very prompt & courteous & rectified their mistake.

read the warrenty details carefully about golf batteries
purchased a 27 hole golf trolley battery eight months ago now can only manage fourteen holes with myself pushing it along warrenty states that you should use the battery only twice a week most weeks that is how often I play reported the fault expecting a replacement battery with instructions on returning the old battery.but instead I have to send back the faulty battery and wait for the company to test they also state this could take time.So I will purchase a new battery from a proper golf shop so I can return it should it proves faulty.I would not recommend NRG POWER SYSTEMS

Battery
the delivery was earlier than i expected, it appears to be a quality item, only time will tell. Did not quite fit my Hillbilly trolley but not a problem

Early Delivery
The Battery was received before the earliest stated delivery date it was well packaged. I have used it 3 times so far and it seems fine. My only query is that it comes without a bag which makes it difficult to handle and I have been unable to find a bag on the internet. In fairness it was advertised without a bag but the option to purchase a bag at the same time would have been good.
