I purchased this pillow because I kept waking up with neck pain. I sleep on my side. I got the pillow after looking at a ton of recommendations on Amazon. It came packaged well, it popped right into shape, and I set to using it that first night.It was kind of weird. At first. I was able to go to sleep. It didn't hurt- it was just a new feeling.I thought the next morning to give it a couple more gos and see how I liked it. And I did. And I love it. It took some adjusting. But once I got used the weird shape, I started to notice my neck pain was going away.I've been using this pillow for awhile now and I have no complaints. It's nice and cool feeling to the touch, it supports my neck so I can side-sleep, and it's also great for sleeping on your back- gives your neck a lot of support.5/5 stars, would recommend

I have just committed the most enormous mistake of my life. This pillow, oh boy, this pillow is an absolute trap. A dastardly trap, I tell you. It treats my head with such delicate care, as if it's cradling a precious, one-of-a-kind jewel. Can you believe the audacity?And let me tell you, this treacherous pillow has got some nerve. It's so devilishly comfortable that it makes you actually want to sleep. Imagine that! I'm practically glued to the bed, people. It's like asking a sloth to climb Mount Everest. The level of effort it takes to crawl out of this sleepy snuggle-inducer is simply off the charts.Oh, and don't even get me started on the temperature control! This wicked contraption somehow manages to remain perpetually perfect. No more flipping and flopping to find that elusive cool side, my friends. This pillow has got your back—literally!Sure, I had to adjust the height *ever so slightly* to make it suitable for my supreme royal highness. But rest assured, it's smooth sailing from there. I mean, seriously, who needs a pillow that perfectly suits their needs? How absurd!Let me tell you, folks, since I've started using this cursed piece of fluffed evil, my sleep has become a nightmare... of improvement, that is. I can't complain anymore about tossing and turning like a rotisserie chicken. It's truly unbearable, this newfound level of blissful slumber.So, you know what? Be warned, dear readers. If you ever come across this pillow that tempts you with its soft caresses and flawless temperature control, run for the hills! Accepting its siren call will lead you down a treacherous path to restful nights and refreshed mornings. And who wants that?

I sleep with this every night. I like the low spot in the center for your neck if you lay on your back, the middle of the pillow just hugs your head in. However I'm like a rotisserie chicken when I sleep, just rotating all night. I am a stomach/side sleeper with knee out and I hug my pillow to sleep. This is a pretty comfortable pillow once you get used to it. I do like it's designed for the side sleeper and allows for your arms to go around it. I rarely wake with numb hands anymore or a suoer stiff neck/shoulder as it gives better neck, shoulder arm alignment (but there are still times that I do still wake with the numb hands, so it's not perfect). I don't find it overly cool either. It's kind of heavy and a bit awkward in the pillowcase (it comes out the pillowcase occasionally; granted I have king sized pillow cases which I usually fold and tuck inside so it stays on better for a normal standard pillow but this isn't 'normal' shaped). I do like it all in all. It's not the best pillow I've ever used and it's assuredly not the worst and I appreciate not having a sore neck and/or shoulder when I wake.

I have been using this pillow for over a year now. It has been so amazing. I rarely wake up with neck pain or stiffness, which used to be a constant issue for me. I am a side sleeper and it works great. I highly recommend!

It's a good quality pillow but it wasn't for me I have a neck injury and was hoping this would help but it didn't it's nice that the outer case is washable

This pillow is AMAZING! I never had a difficult time sleeping with a pillow but I have had difficult time choosing pillows resulting in me not putting in much effort and just accepting pillows from my mom she didn’t like. I hate to have a neck cramp. My brother told me about this pillow and I immediately bought it . I have told everyone I know about this pillow. It’s cooling, very comfortable, and made of quality materials. The dye from my hair rubbed off on pillow case. I unzipped case to see if it went through and to my surprise it did not. I will shout it before washing. Until then I place an old sheet folded on the pillow and it’s still equally comfortable to lay on! It’s a must buy! You may think it’s too flat but you honestly don’t think about that once you’re on it. I don’t lay in this pillow until I’m ready to sleep. 5- 10 minutes is all it takes and I’m asleep!

My neck was getting very sore on the daily. To the point I didn’t want to touch the muscles on my neck. I was getting the most neck relief from a rolled up towel under the base of my neck, but that too was starting to lose effectiveness. This pillow was a bit of a shot in the dark. I’ve tried so many. Why not one more!Immediately when I laid on this pillow I just felt my WHOLE body relax. I just had a great night sleep.Your head is aligned with your spine in anyway you are laying.When laying on your back and your head starts to drift to one side, the pillow cradles your head so it doesn’t strain on your neck.You can lay comfortably on your side if you are a side sleeper.Much needed neck relief.
