What a waste. So cute but it doesn’t work. The light never fully goes out. The fan goes really quick, slows down and starts up again. What a waste of money

Light works but fan doesn't and the remote to the fan doesn't work either plus all the instructions are not in English so I couldn't read it but the light changes color from bright to cool warm lighting

I bought this fan to go in my son’s room. His whole room is space themed and this was the perfect finishing touch. However, it didn’t go well from the start. No ground wire attached to the fan. No instruction manual. The fan turned on once, then never again (as other reviewers have mentioned). And, the sellers refuse to answer messages. And now that it’s past the 30 day window, I can’t return or exchange it. A complete waste of almost $200.

Update: still nothing from customer service... I got it to work, it just needs a little push when turned on. Still loud but whatever at this point with weather it works.I bought this in January had it installed in February didn’t start using it (the fan) till march, in April is started getting loud when the fan would be started no matter what the setting, no biggie still sent out cool air. Last week it got louder. Tonight it just stopped working. The fan will not cut on. Also when the light is turned off through the remote it slowly turn on by itself with a low glow. Some customer service help would be nice.

I ordered this fixture for my grandsons and he loves it. Great quality!

For nearly $200 ceiling light fan you would expect to get something decent, the little electric box has so much glue on in and still didn’t stick to where they intended it to stick too, the little screws holding the metal part to the light tube were damaged, all the instructions are in mandarin (Chinese) even the app they provide, I was looking for something cool and unique and I don’t mind spending the money for it, but please at least make sure the item you sell is as sturdy and as high quality item as you guys claim it is.
