Does this include the bar AND the weights?? Total weight in description says 75lbs. Which does not make sense if it includes weights

There are several sets. Each set is based on total weight of the set, but they all include a 7 foot long bar that weighs about 45 lbs (or 20 kg). I don't see anything in the add that says it weighs 75 lbs
