Serving sizes don't help much
While I kept this purchase and have referenced it, I find much of the serving sizes to be laughable. Yet the subtitle is "Get Results with your Diet". Example: Herbs, Spices and Seasonings are listed but serving sizes are 3 cups! Don't think I will ever put 3 cups of cinnamon on my oatmeal! To calculate a decent serving such as a teaspoon or tablespoon for an individual serving, will require a lot of calculating on my part. I had hoped to use this to create meal plan based on my calories, being a diabetic and having to eat gluten free. Nuts and Seeds are similar. For example: chia seeds is based on 1/2 cup. While this could be useful for commercial purposes and baking, sure is difficult to determine an individual serving for a daily meal plan and contradicts their "Get results with your Diet". Could create a plan faster by just googling my items and create my own reference listing. Disappointed, but has helped a little.
