Great quality, reasonably priced and on time !!!

I've used the one pound bottles since they were cheap. Well, I was down to the last 10% of the bottle and the torch stopped adjusting right so I looked at a new torch and a new bottle. This torch was roughly the same price as those two items and I already had a 20 pound bottle for the BBQ so I got this instead and I'm glad I did. It works really well and I'm not worried about using all the gas. It's not perfect. It seems to like a bigger flame than I wanted sometimes and the end glows red if you turn it down too far, as the manual tells you and warns against. I give it four stars on an absolute scale of goodness, but 5 stars for the goodness for the price.

I always have a propane cylinder handy. This is not a hot torch like MAAP gas or acetylene/oxygen, but for melting soft materials or heating a material it is a cheap alternative.

It does not fit on a modern qccc valve
