So cute and comfortable! I was ecstatic with how comfortable these shoes are. I usually scuff of my shoes pretty quickly and these don’t seem to have an issue with that at all. I almost always wear a 6.5, but I would’ve ordered a 6 if I had to do it again (I did in fact order the light pink a couple of days later in a 6 and they’re perfect). So size down for sure. I feel like Lizzie McGuire in them.

Super comfortable

I've been a huge fan of the Melissa brand for years and when I spotted these Mary Jane's I had to have them! The platforms didn't have me performing a balancing act with every step like typical platforms normally do because the heel is very thick and even. I was able to get my exact size and still have a bit of room to wear socks or what have you. They came right away and I was able to wear them out, all day, standing without any issues with comfort or balance!

So cute. Came with a few scuffs though like they had already been worn.

These are cheap and junky. Despite being the most expensive of such shoes, they didn’t even come with the tissue paper that helps shoes retain their proper shape. They were misshapen and the buckles didn’t stay straight, because the shoes were misshapen.

So light and comfortable!! I love them!!!

Chunky Mary Jane-style platform shoe with a shiny upper and a light and chunky sole. The upper has sort of a patent leather look to it, but I think it's supposed to be a 'fancy' jelly shoe, right down to the seam from the molding process down the front of the toe. The build quality is much better than your average jelly shoe, but it still keeps some of the look and feel. The tiny buckles are a little bit finicky (a common problem for women's shoes) but can be adjusted to a comfortable fit, and fits more or less true to size. Surprisingly comfortable for this style of shoe. Maybe not Easy Spirit pumps comfortable, but enough to prevent tired feet for a night out or a day in the office.One nice touch: the shoes come sprayed with a mild floral perfume, presumably to offset the gluey chemical smell you'd usually get with a plastic shoe.Overall a fun homage to the jelly shoe - whether it's worth the premium 'designer' price tag is up to you.

Wow these shoes are so so nice, I was surprised by the quality. I’ve never seen the material used on them, it’s a flexible type of shiny pleather I’m not really sure but it’s a really nice material - it’s not stiff and doesn’t dig into my feet which I absolutely love. The inside soles are also padded and the shoes are so comfortable to walk in, you can’t even tell you’re wearing platform Mary Jane’s they feel like comfy sneakers. The height on them isn’t too high, I still feel balanced and comfortable walking in them. They also smell sweet like bubblegum which I learned is this brands signature - I think that is so cool and a really unique touch I’ve never seen before! The smell is pretty strong I can faintly smell the shoes in my closet even when standing a few feet away. It’s not overbearing or anything, it’s a nice touch in my opinion but if you are sensitive to smells it may be something to note.Overall these shoes are 10/10 they are incredibly well made, good quality, fit true to size and are really comfortable and cute. I’m thinking about coming back to get them in pink too because I love them so much!
