Bought these for a beekeeper for a stocking stuffer that loves licorice. They look Fresh and bet the taste will be good and chewy. the do not appear sticky and I imagine the Quality is also good.

Fresh and delicious

This licorice is incredibly weak in flavor and it isn't a classic Salmiakki salty licorice either, it is a hint of ammonium chloride. This would be a great licorice to introduce someone to salty black licorice because the salt and licorice are so mild. However if you want a strong licorice flavor, there are better products out there. Overall this wasn't bad tasting, the honey flavor was notable. The subtle flavor of honey was well balanced with black licorice, but that made it a fraction of the flavor of a normal salty black licorice. The 3 is because it wasn't quite what it said on the tin, but it wasn't bad either.

Bought as a gift. Good texture and smell. Seemed relatively fresh. Good chewy snack for those that like licorice.
