Why doesn't the Christmas tree I received look as full as in the main picture?

The Christmas tree is shipped compressed, so please spend 30-60 minutes fluffing the branches after installation to restore its full appearance.

Is the Christmas tree material fireproof?

Our Christmas trees are made from high-quality, odorless, fire-resistant PE and PVC materials. Please feel assured in using them.

Are the branches stiff enough to hold normal light weight ornaments for decorations?

The branches are very sturdy from bottom to top. It will hold all your decor ornaments, lights, and extras with no problems.

Does this come apart easily for storage?

The Branches fall easily in place for fluffing and are easy to fold back up for storage.

Does the tree look real?

This artificial tree really looks real and full.
