This maintenance box caused more trouble than it was worth. I had to deal with a lot of smudging and ink spillage while trying to install it. It’s unfortunate because I thought this would make my printer work more smoothly.

I thought this would be a perfect fit for my XP-970, but it didn’t fit securely at all. I ended up getting a lot of error codes and wasted time trying to make it work. Not the right choice for this printer.
