Really, really good!
I've been a vegan for 30 years and had some awful "rice-like", " meat-like", "food- like" substitutes, so I was quite skeptical and expected to be disappointed. This Ramen is win! The texture has just the right "tooth", and consistency and the flavors are excellent. It is a bit salty if using the entire flavor packet, so just add enough for your liking. Definitely a win, Immi. Thanks!

Inedible
From the branding and very high price, I expected some really high end bougie ramens that were maybe like a dressed-up version of classic ramen with the touch of someone who went to culinary school for french cooking or something. In my mind that's the only thing that could justify the crazy price. Unfortunately, this ramen is disgusting. And I don't mean like it's a subjective taste thing, but rather that this stuff is inedibly bad. The noodles are like rubber bands no matter how long you cook them, and they fall apart in a weird way in the mouth like they're grainy or crumbly. Horrible texture and weird flavor that isn't exactly offensive but isn't appetizing either. The broth also pales in comparison to pretty much any other decent ramen... it doesn't taste good, the balance of flavors is off and feels poorly considered, it's not very rich or satisfying, but again--- not exactly "offensive". It's all... bland and significantly "off".The only plus is that it seems to be high protein and fiber, as well as low sodium, but all that seems to be 100% at the cost of it tasting good. Ramen is supposed to be a somewhat decadent comfort food, and this does not fit the bill and did not leave me feeling happy or satisfied at all. The only conceivable reason I could see for eating these is if you're on a VERY restrictive diet and want something that half-approximates ramen while providing decent protein and without nuking your body with sodium, fat, carbs, or calories. It feels and tastes like diet food. It is to real ramen what stevia is to sugar.

Great Taste and Much Healthier than Everyday Ramen
I have been a ramen eater for years and always used to go with the inexpensive ramens but was dissuaded by the sodium and carbs. I was unsure about the Immi ramen. It is more expensive than my normal cheap ramens. When I got it, I noticed that there was SO much more to it, even with the less sodium and carbs. I opened the package and was initially put off by the smell from the noodles. All of my other ramens had no smell at all. I started liking the green veggie type smell. All I can say is I love it. I don't use all of the flavor packet, because I think I can still down a bit on the sodium. I use the remaining contents of the packet later for an afternoon cup of soup. I plan to order more and try a few different flavors. Since I am someone who has diabetes, I am thrilled with this ramen and want to see what other flavors they have coming up to try. Also, want to start adding other things to the ramen like egg and vegetables.THANK YOU IMMI!!

Cook for 13 Minutes!
Received my order of the Immi variety ramen pack today, Saturday, 2/22/25.After trying one package of the noodles then reading so many the negative comments about the product, I felt compelled to write this review in support.I used to eat fast food two or more times per week, so although the price for these noodles seems high, it's a much better option at about the cost for what I used to consume.Per the Keto Twins instruction, I cooked the noodles a full 13 minutes.I like ramen without the soup, so I boiled these in about 1 cup of chicken broth, then after five minutes added frozen broccoli and put a lid on the pot to cook for 8 more minutes.I did test a noodle every couple of minutes throughout the process and they went from having a weird smooshy texture to firming up to a normal al dente ramen consistency. At 13 minutes I added butter and sautéed the noodles and broccoli plus 2 leftover meatballs until hot and not at all soupy. This meal was quite good and satisfied my desire for glutenous noodles.Whereas almost all other packaged low carb/keto foods have disappointed, by comparison the Immi noodles are good good ... so good I will not go back to the carby version. I ate the whole meal happily and look forward to trying other flavors in the variety pack. The Keto Twins are correct, cooking Immi noodles for 13 minutes (or more) makes them comparable to the high carb version. As this was my first package, I will update my review after trying the others, but did just notice something worth mentioning in the meantime ...I ate my first Immi noodle packet over an hour ago. By this time after eating regular packaged ramen, I would have a rapid heart rate and also feel drained of all energy. I might also feel outrageously thirsty.None of those negative effects have happened.
