Great concept, wireless camera. Terrible product. Rarely stays linked up to app. Motion sensor does not work. I have great WiFi in and around my home. The zip which is needed to pair all these products is set up about 10 ft from this product and it has connection problems constantly. I see error messages and no connection more then I do feed from the camera. Don’t waste your time on this product!

This could be the worst product I have ever purchased on Amazon. I am an Amazon Prime member for life but this product is completely useless. No form of customer service. No phone number. Just an email address to send your complaint with no response. No refund so I would highly recommend not purchasing this product. So what went wrong? I spent three hours trying to connect my WiFi to the "key". Absolutely does not work. It tells you it wants to connect to your WiFi but also tells you something about Bluetooth. Makes no sense and there is no link. I am very disappointed in this product and will attempt to return to Amazon. I am sure they will be more responsive than this company.

I wanted the Switchmate 1080P camera partially for high resolution, but mostly for security around my front porch. We have had too many packages stolen in my neighborhood from the front porches. And we feel more secure now that we can see who is at the door without having to go to the door. BTW it is so easy to install because hard-wiring is not required.

lousy product. Difficult to set up, lousy connection and doesn't work. Attaches with a magnet too. All a thief has to do is take the cube off it and its gone. Also the magnet doesn't hold it in position. Camera slides so angle is downward.

Would not connect to the internet, when it did it did not show real time pictures of home, I would look at night and the picture it showed had the sun shining in the windows.

You have to be pretty tech savvy to get this to work. You have to first update all the firmware. Then uninstall the program. Re-download app. Then add all the devices once you have the firmware updated. Internet connectivity is not always easy, you might have to manually add the SSID and password.

Quit working two days after return window closedHad to replace the batteries two weeks in they are supposed to last 1 year

Took it out of the box and had it working in minutes. Installation is simple and the app is easy to use. Compact, uncomplicated and effective, just what I wanted..

video quality is ok but battery life sucks. battery lasted less than 2 weeks. Currently its just on the wall as decoration ... i.m trying to find a way to use the usb to power the device.
