Really like the ball chair, use it in my office. Helps with core strength and posture. Much better than sitting in a regular chair.

I had some technical difficulty inflating this ball at first. There are some tricks or tips you should know that can be helpful, so read this review.. . First off, It took two days for me to inflate the ball to 65 cm. The first day, It took a while to inflate, and I could only get it to inflate to 58 cm. The ball still had wrinkles in it from being folded up in the package. I was very disappointed that it was smaller 65 cm in diameter. The ball had a lot of give when I sat on it and my knees were a little lower than my hips, so I felt like I was sinking into the ball. I am 5'4 and 160 pounds, so I knew that the ball should do that. But I didn't give up - I did some research to find that I should let it sit for a day then pump it some more. The next day, I pumped and pumped the ball till most or all the wrinkles came out. I immediately noticed that the ball appeared to be bigger and firmer. I took a flexible clothing measuring tape and measured 205 cm around. If you divide that by 3.14, you get about 65 cm. I am more content and happy with the ball now. No more sinking in and it feels more stable. I'm glad I did my research and was patient with this ball. I just wish that the instructions mentioned to do this.

Good for many exercises. Hold air well. Easy to fill with supplied pump. Round base let's me use ball as a hassock (foot stool) in living room.

The chair didn't even last the year. While I was working, the chair popped and I went straight down on my back! There is nothing near my chair to cause this failure. I am exceedingly disappointed in the craftsmanship. Buyer beware!

Great quality, thick material, not slippery at all. I love that is comes with the base. I have not seen it before. I do not use it as a chair but it is awesome for core and stability workouts AND also keeps the ball where I left it instead of moving around in the gym which really annoyed me before I had a base!!So happy with the improved yoga ball in my gym :)
