Little pricey but overall is good value for the money

I’m a WERA tool fan but I couldn’t stomach the $360 price for their very similar socket set. This set at $140 is honestly great! The ratchet is a 8.5/10 the extension detents feel great! Even the zipper pouch ain’t bad. If you are a vehicle technician that occasionally encounters a hybrid/EV you NEED this set to keep you safe. 100% recommend!

I wanted to get an insulated ratchet set, but what the well known brands are asking for it is way too expensive for me to justify. This is much more reasonable. It comes in a nice zipper case, and everything fits together well, the ratchet, extensions and sockets. At first, I thought they'd snap together, but it turns out that you do need to press the button on the ratchet to attach or detach them. Everything seems solid and well made, and the ratchet ratchets smoothly. If there were one thing that I'd change, it would be the socket identification. They only embossed a small number at the top of the socket that is hard to read. I wish they'd printed it or inked it as well. That really is the only thing that I could point out that I'd change, and it's a minor thing. It's a really good set.

They do work but , they look a lot thinner than wiha or wera.

I'm not the type of person to stick my fingers in a high voltage box just to see if the insulation works properly, but these sockets are well protected and well marked. Even if you are just working on your electric lawn mower, a short when working on it can damage components. When the sockets and/or extensions are on the ratchet there isn't anything that is exposed that can cause a short.

Wonderful quality. Please to hold in hands and operate. Very useful for electrician.
