Found an almost-new typewriter for a tenner in the charity shop, and decided to buy a fresh ribbon. This is perfect for the job - red and black per the original - and works very well. The kids have been happy typing notes to the grandparents, and for around a fiver, there is plenty of life in it yet!

Not much to go wrong with these. It fitted on the spools well and prints nicely. Good product at a reasonable price.

Hi,I don't usually leave product reviews but I was so impressed by the imprint quality of these very cheap typewriter ribbons that I felt I had to give them a thumbs up. They look as good as my silk ribbons (which cost £18 each). I've read that they dry up quickly but I use my typewriters a lot, so I don't think that will be an issue. For the moment, this is excellent value. I've just put one in my Olympia Traveller De Luxe and I've ordered three more before they sell out at this ridiculous price!

I bought an old typewriter and was worried I wouldn’t be able to get a ribbon for it ..well I did and this was it

Arrived quickly and while cheap is not a full reel. As in my photo, the full top spools are the original off my typewriter, whilst underneath is the half full new ones. A shame but they work well.

The ribbon is pointless. The ribbon arrived completely dried out and I couldn’t use it at all.Disappointed!
