Grasshoppers Women's Suede Stretch Plus Zip Slip-On

Love the color - dark, chocolate brown and they seem sturdy. They are comfy enough - havent' tried any long distances but they work for work and shopping. They don't look like sneakers so I can satisfy the work requirement of "no athlethic shoes" without denying my need to be a bit different from the crowd.Can't zip them up when they're on my feet, have to zip them then put them on (takes a minute or so). Looks like they're way long but when I'm standing, there's only a half inch or so from my toes to the end.Good looking shoe for $15.99. I'll definitely try other Grasshopper styles, especially if these hold up.

I really liked the looks of these shoes (blue, 11AA) and thought they would fit in well in Europe, which they did. When I first put them on they were tight and hard to get on...I expected that for breaking in. But after a week or so, they became so loose that I can now slip them on without using the zippers. This is a good thing since one zipper is now "frozen" in the closed position (thank goodness it was in the closed position). My feet swim in them even though they are AAs. If I wear thick socks (like the regular white ones worn with gym shoes) they fit better, but white socks do not look good! I continue to wear them, but they are lacking. I did not find them too short and think a 10 narrow would have worked too, but went up a size due to the reviews. They are nice shoes, just not up to par.

I am thinking about getting another pair in a different color as they are great shoes to wear for work (I wear slacks/jacket usually like Dockers, or other twill or knit pants) or with jeans.they seem to be decent quality. The color is close to what I see on my computer screen. I like the zipper closure. The heel is slightly "clunky" towards the back, but overall I am very happy with them.

I purchased these shoes and wore them all day at work. There was no break in time. I immediately ordered another pair. If my size were available in the other colors I'd buy a pair of each one. I have extra wide feet with relataively high arches. The extra wide size was perfect. They accomodate my orthotics, however they come with a heavenly insole which I wear on top of my orthotic for my shorter, less wide foot. I don't know how long they will last because I haven't had them that long. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a good looking comfortable shoe.

These shoes are fine in length but even the WW is narrow for my foot. I suffer, after surgery that removed lympn nodes, from lymphedema, i.e., swollen ankles. There just isn't enough "give" in these shoes, though I can (and do) wear them comfortably with the zipper only about half way up.

I didn't realize I was purchasing a wide width, but now that I see this in the review description, I understand why the shoes only fit when I wear a heavier sock! They'll be fine for the winter with a winter-weight sock on. Nice shoes otherwise.

The shoes seem fine. However, I had to return the medium width to get a wide. I don't have a wide foot, so this was counterproductive. I had to pay $11 to return a $20 pair of shoes! Shoes are now OK.

These are very comfortable and the zipper allows you to adjust how snug the shoe is across your foot. I got them and then wore them walking and shopping the same day. Clean lines and nice deep blue color.
