Easy to use, looks nice in the outlet.
So far it works great. It has been a week since I placed these in my garage.

Obstructs use of outlet & may not work
We had 5 of these units plugged in throughout our RV (inside & out) over the summer, and it didn’t seem to stop the mice from coming in. But my biggest complaint is that these units are oversized. If you plug it in, it certainly will block the ground plug of the receptacle above and if you plug it into anything with the USB plugs, it will block the ground plug of the unit above and both USB.

Doesn’t work as expected
I bought 2 boxes of these about 6 weeks ago. I have one in every room of my home.-the light that’s supposed to turn on doesn’t come on with all of them. So after a few weeks I replaced them with the 3 I had left over.-I have seen a big decrease in spiders.-I still have mice. It’s been a neighborhood problem. It’s also only been 2 weeks since I replaced the plugins without a light.-I haven’t seen ants or flies but I also didn’t have that problem.-it has not affected our dogs or holland lop bunny

Easy and small
I have not had these very long yet, but have not seen any evidence of new mouse activity since installing them. The product is small and easy to use- just plug in! It was a great price for 6 of them

Hard PASS
Purchased this on September 21st, today is November 15th. Have not seen any change in pest issues. Living in BFE there are many pest issues, we don't believe in killing certain pests. Mice feed the snakes, spiders eat different types of bugs. Hence, the reason for this purchase. Yet this did NOT due as claimed. Had spiders, including a tranchela and a gardener snake (who eats mice) inside the 900sft building these ultrasonic items were located. We used high and low, didn't even keep flies or mosquitoes away.A total waste of $$. I would strongly suggest a hard pass.
