The fabric and general comfort of these scrub pants are excellent. They stretch nicely without looking like yoga pants. The sizing is a bit generous, plus given the stretchiness if you are in the middle of two sizes you might want to order the smaller one. The XXL are about a 40 inch waist. They run a little bit long.The waistband is top notch. It is quite wide, making it secure very well. The width doesn't cause discomfort though because it's a soft waistband material. It cinches easily and stays up.My only issue is with the pockets. The front pockets are on the shallow side. I'll never understand why any pants are ever designed with front pockets so shallow that things can fall out when you sit down. I like very, very deep pockets and I'll settle for just average but shallower than average is always a head scratcher to me. The rear pocket is deeper, but I'd prefer 2 rear pockets.The thigh cargo pocket has dividers. Because it is the same stretchy, thin material as the pants, I don't entirely trust it to keep things secure when I sit down, especially with no flap and no closure of any kind. Not velcro, not a button, nor a zipper. Another head scratcher.If the manufacturer would fix all the pocket issues and add another back pocket these could be amazing pants.

This ave. Women's Varick Six Pocket Midrise Straight Leg Scrub Pant in Navy color is beautiful and well-sewn. It does not need ironing if you hang it straight from the dryer which is a plus for me. It makes you look sharp and smart.

Fits well and very comfortable

I really love these pants. They are soft and stretchy, yet hold there shape, after wearing for 12 hours. They are long enough in length to accommodate all the platform like clogs and shoes that we nurses tend to wear. They have lots of pockets, including 2 side, leg, and back pockets.

Lightweight, cooling material and very comfortable. Washed nicely, no shrinkage and fits very nice on my petite body. Love the many pockets! I purchased the entire outfit, ill be buying another set!
