I love this!! Perfect for my cut

The liquid mixes easily with water or pre-workout drinks, but if you take it straight, the flavor is intense, very tangy and artificial, so it can be a shock at first. It provides a noticeable energy boost and helps maintain stamina during cardio or strength training, though it is not a miracle for fat loss on its own. The price is higher than capsules or powders, but the convenience, taste when mixed, and effects make it worth considering.

I’ve been using Carnigen Premium L-Carnitine Liquid for a couple of weeks now. It does give a slight energy boost before workouts, but I didn’t notice any major difference in fat loss or endurance. The flavor is okay—not too sweet, but has a bit of an artificial aftertaste. I like that it mixes easily with water, but the effects were not as strong as I had hoped.
