smells terrible
The description says it is made of non toxic materials safe for pets, but it smells so strongly of plastic. the shell on the front was wrapped in plastic wrap that when removed parts still got stuck behind the zipper and such. the zipper is also very difficult to open and close, and my cat doesn’t even fit in it without expanding the back.

Cats love it. Only thing I don’t like is the cloth gets stuck in the zipper.

Poor Quality
This kitty backpack is not worth the investment or hype, at least not this brand and vendor. I recently ordered this and was beyond disappointed in the quality or the backpack. The clear plastic was pretty much scratched and appeared dirty directly after unboxing.

Very bad was all scratched up and looked used 🤢 who knows what been in there it smells and looks like it’s been used even when I bought the new one
