It meets all the requirements, firmness and stability and all of that. But sometimes it’s kind of uncomfortable like it’s not flexible enough to move around in. Also, the front of the shoe is very thin-like (the shoe material that is used). I play volleyball with these shoes, and it’s not the best. It’s good for setter position but for spiking and digging it’s not that good.

Bought these for my son because he loves his middle school pair. He wears these for training, pick up play, and workouts. He says the grip is good. The shoe has a lot of bounce! Overall comfort is great!
