Works flawlessly
It works exactly as intended. I tested my diamonds and I tested CZ. It recognized my diamonds and not the CZ. I haven’t tested the scale or the other items yet but I know they’ll work great when I need them. This is a great inexpensive tester, that works as intended. It is a bit loud but that’s ok. It’s just a diamond tester so it’s not going to beep just for fun lol. It’s super easy to use, and has a good nose point, to touch the stones. I would absolutely recommend this particular set. It’s worth every penny

Take the cap off the diamond tester side.
I was going to return this because it would either beeeep all the time at level 9 or do nothing… until I went to YouTube and watched a video. The included instructions are terrible. Search for samples on YouTube. The tester tip is covered with a plastic cap to protect it- duh- and you have to uncover it. That being said, YouTube also speaks to the unreliable testing this tester provides… so idk if it is worth it, hence the 4 star- but the fact is that it now “works as instructed” hence the 4 stars as well. I at least know it’s not a piece of plastic. Setting the initial “level” is very subjective and ca lead to inaccuracy. Hope this helps.

This item is very accurate. Simple to use. No disappointments. I only wish the scale went up to 250 grams. Other then that. Perfect

No way to contact vendor
I finally got around to using this item and it didn't work--reason being there is no metal pin sticking out of the pen as shown in photo. I've been trying to contact the vendor but there is no "Contact Seller" option in "My Orders" as specified by Amazon Help. Since the return window for this item is closed, I'm trying to contact the vendor to see if there's any help they can offer but I CAN'T FIND A WAY TO CONTACT THEM.
