It came in bag as described , was only today i read about bugs. i had not noticed or looked for them and in any case i made rye flour and home made black rye 'bread' using 100pc rye flour.If there were any bugs, they got ground, mixed and baked. I did not wash the grain first so will do another time.The bread i made is vegan, no diary or nuts. Its really tasty and not too sweet.Came out heavy looked more like gingerbread , tastes yummy.Flavours develop after a day or 2.Ingredients;Rye rain ground to flourQuick dry yeastblackstrap Molassesground ginger and clovesolive oilwatersalthoneyDried mixed berries- ground down.date powder

the grain is ok, but there are a bunch of wheat weevils inside the bag. and it has wheat mixed with it, just a few, but enough. other than that it's ok. ustmake sure to wash it properly before use.

Used to make Danish rye bread. I will definitely buy again.

Not giving an option to send another one out after finding it filled with so many little black bugs. Don't feel too safe eating it.
