It's a nice size and I think I'm getting more sleep as my head is not so hot. Doesn't last all night so I have to take it out about 5 in the morning or my head gets hot again. It's certainly worth a try if you have a hot head as it's certainly cold. It moves about in the pillow case so I just sleep directly on it.

Great when it was really warm, nice and cooling. Just a bit difficult to 'keep it flat' and it moves about a lot - otherwise a great idea

With the recent hot weather I was having trouble falling asleep. I decided to get one of these to try. Price wise it's a little more expensive than some of the others available bit the reviews seemed good. Having tried it for several nights here is what I think. Pros Large size, fills most of the pillow area. Comes with a good cover Definitely keeps you cool for several hours Not too noticeable but you can tell it's there Cons Lasts about 3-4 hours then it just doesn't work, all the heat transfers into the product and it just doesn't dissapate any more. To be honest from what I can tell 3-4 hours is pretty good for one of these type of pillows. I usually just turn my pillow over after this and it's the middle of the night and cooler anyway. Overall worth a try, I run very hot so the product may last the full night if you are not too warm.

It's such a pity that this pillow is so difficult to use because it really feels cool (although it should be said it doesn't stay cool for long.). The real problem is that it is quite heavy to manoeuvre and the gel moves into ridges,making it uncomfortable. Difficult to rearrange in the middle of the night, in the dark!

Easy to use product that helps my wife get a good night's sleep as it cools her down as, she is going through the ageing process. It is a large cooling pillow and it gets her through the night. Worth it's weight in gold to us if it eases her previous broken sleep pattern. My wife is very happy that she is not waking up constantly in sweats. Very pleased and was money well spent on an excellent product.

I’m nearing that time in a woman’s life where sleep is greatly affected and with long hair it really makes sleep difficult. I have had the little pillows but they perished through constant use and being very flat. This pillow is great. There are separate “pockets” which enables cool bits in pillow. I have also managed to sit on my shoulders around neck and fall asleep. Woken refreshed. Highly recommend pillow! Also with a pillowcase- I choose not to use this.

Rather disappointed with this. It simply doesnt stay cool long enough. 30 minutes at most. And then you're just as effective swapping your other pillows about to get a cooler effect. Whilst it looks good quality and certainly comfortable enough to lie on, it doesn't really do what I expected it to. They say its big enough to move your head into different positions to maintain cooling but they must be talking about people with tiny heads. Also If you move too much, it wrinkles and its messy. I wouldn't recommend this.

Great item, great value for money quick delivery

Die Gelkisseneinlage habe ich auf mein normales Kissen unter den Bezug gelegt. Etwas hart und steif fühlt es sich an. Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber es kühlt den Kopf und Nacken tatsächlich ab. Eine wunderbare Sache bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur. Von daher klare Kaufempfehlung.

La encuentro muy práctica y cómoda, y ahora que hace calor, pues ¡qué bien!

J'étais sceptique au début, mais fait vraiment ce qu'on lui demande, moi qui ait tout le temps trop chaud en me couchant, c'est très agréable. En revanche il ne faut pas rêver, en 1h il est chaud partout, je le dégage et le reprend plus tard dans la nuit si j'ai à nouveau chaud ;)

Stavo cercando qualcosa che potesse dare refrigerio durante le lunghe ed afose notti estive; dopo aver passato in rassegna condizionatori, deumidificatori, raffrescatori evaporativi e ventilatori, ho pensato di partire da un concetto diverso: lavorare sulla temperatura percepita dalla persona, non sulla temperatura ambiente. Ero un pò scettico sull'efficacia del prodotto ma, visto il prezzo, ho voluto provare. Il prodotto arriva con istruzioni solo in inglese, ma non è un problema; la prima sera ho messo il cuscino in freezer, togliendolo dopo le due ore massime indicate: non fatelo se non amate le emozioni forti ! Rimesso nella sua fodera (resta morbidissimo, asciutto e non si congela) l'impressione è stata quella di poggiare la testa su una lastra di ghiaccio, a livello di temperatura: dopo una mezz'ora l'ho tolto per il troppo freddo. La seconda sera ho dosato meglio i tempi: mezz'ora in freezer: sensazione ottima; mi ha subito conciliato il sonno, nonostante gli oltre 30°C presenti in camera. Penso di poter comunque osare di più: proverò a tenerlo un'ora in freezer, ottimizzando i tempi sulle mie personali preferenze. Ad ogni modo, il prodotto funziona.

A mettre au frigo , reste frais longtemps. Touché un peu plastique mais en le posant sous l'oreiller puis en tournant l'oreiller de l'autre côté plusieurs fois dans la nuit on garde bien le frais donc à ne pas dormir dessus, pas agréable.
