The package was missing the hair clips and fabric bag for the plates. Not a big deal, but annoying since I paid for them. I purchased to give my thin, medium length hair some volume. I crimped all but the top layer of my hair. Then used the flat plates to straighten the outer layer and I'm really pleased with the results. My hair looks much thicker.

Took away 2 stars due to buying what was supposed to be a new product that had clearly been used.This hair crimper/ straightener works great! Used it on a synthetic wig to style it. It heats up fast and holds it temp excellently. Used on highest setting and it did not burn or melt the synthetic fibers.However it was clearly a used item. Right out of the box all of the different plates were scratched up on the backs from being switched out on the handle. If it wasn't due to a time constraint I would have returned it. Do not buy if your wanting a new product.

It arrived in very good condition, I liked it becauseIt leaves my hair beautiful, very nice and silky, it is very easy to use, you just have to turn it on and heat it up and it starts ironing, I like it because it doesn't damage my hair

Got these for my girlfriend. She said that it works correctly. Her hair looks very nice and straight and soft after it, although she already looked amazing.

To be honest, this is a 50/50 on this product, it works but it also has major flaws or maybe the one that I received is somehow defected. It did seem nice to have different amounts of crimps, but didn’t seem to do a full job on my hair unless my hair is just too much to work with.To begin with, it takes forever to heat up, and it does do its job to crimp my hair for the first few pieces I do, although after a while it seems like it just overheats and stops crimping, feels more like it’s burning my hair than actually crimping.And apart from that to cool it down takes so long especially with how long it takes go heat up.Not really sure if I will be using this product again.

Plates are easy to change. This product works very well and allows me to save space with the interchangeable plates. It makes it where I can cut it down to one machine instead of having my crimper and straightener. It heats reasonably fast. I havent timed it, but I feeel like maybe 30 seconds is enough for it to be very hot. It gives strong, tight crimps with a total '80's vibe.

The flat iron was ok. Nothing fancy. It does come with interchangeable plates but was difficult to remove. It also felt a little loose after changing it. Use with caution. Heats up pretty fast. I used it on my synthetic wig.

It is a little difficult to switch out between the different crimping plates. When I went to go use it on my hair it worked really well but it did steam a lot so I’m not sure if that was just moisture or if it was burning my hair.
