Nice light floral tea. It's not overpowering it doesn't taste like you're drinking perfume.

Love the color of this tea and how it changes if you add citrus. To me, it really doesn't have much flavor unsweetened.

These blue butterfly flowers are nice, whole flowers with great color. They brew up a deep purple and have a mild taste. I like to mix it with green tea for a fancy iced tea.

This is a very mild tasting tea. That being said, the flavor is definitely pleasant. I steeped about 5 mins and put in a little liquid Splenda for a touch of sweetness before consuming. The color is stunning. This would be great to create drinks for kids. I’m imagining a really delicious butterfly pea flower milk tea with boba. Yum! I tend to mostly just drink water throughout the day, so this is a nice soothing hot beverage to change things up with on occasion.

I was so excited to try this tea when I opened the bag and smelled how good it smelled. I must say, it didn't taste as good as it smelled, it is different. I feel like it needs a little sweetener to make it better so next time I will add some honey. Though I feel like I might like this best iced and sweetened - that might just be delicious.I was surprised by how blue it is, wow! It is a really true blue. Would be really fun for a party or for little kiddos. It is a pretty mild flavor too so it is probably perfect for a kid's tea party.I also hear that the pH changes if you add lemon and makes it purple. Pretty cool.

The color and how you can change the color of this tea is so much fun. It’s definitely a fun food science trick to do with kids.The quality of this tea is excellent. Whole flowers and they can be brewed more than once. The color you get from them is really vibrant. The tea tastes similar to other herbal/floral teas. I personally really like adding lemon to it for flavor and then you have the added benefit of the changing color.

They recommend using only 0.17 oz, so you can get quite a few cups of tea from this bag. I find that the flavor of this type of tea is very mild, but it leans towards an earthy profile, not a fruity profile, as you might expect from the color. I often add lemon and/or honey to give it more flavors. I tend to drink it hot, but it can certainly be used as an iced tea. You can also do a web search for all kinds of recipes using this tea, including adult beverages. The color makes for a fun drink.This tea is from Thailand. My bag was fresh, being produced just a couple of months before I got it, and has a shelf life of 2 years. My tea definitely tasted fresh.
