Some aspects covered but so inaccurate and condescending. Using the name Heyoka Empath for one. It reads like a child's book with clear misunderstandings and assumptions. If you're an Heyoka, trust me you'd know.

I was in my 50s before I realized I was an Empath. I simply thought I was broken. I have read a number of books on the subject, however, this book concerning empaths and Heyoka has offered greater insight than I could have imagined. If only I had this book in my youth, it would have given me a guide that would have enhanced my life. I now have better insight and will benefit greatly from this book. Although I am now 70, my life has been positively impacted by Sophia Swann's book.

Well, I think this item would have been better IF the content was combined as there is a lot of redundancy. I purchased it for more in depth information on Heyoka and to wrap my head around what really makes a "dark empath" beside their intent. Because there was so much redundancy, I ended up skipping through the information on dark empath and just tired of the redundancies and put it down. I didn't dock but one star for that as it gave me what I was primarily interested in, and that was more information on the Heyoka.
