Absolutely not. The wow dream cost does the extra strength was awful

Q: This can only be used if you blow dry your hair? I generally air dry mine. So I couldn't use this?

Dream Coat Extra Strength is a heat activated product so it does require heat and brush to achieve the results. If you air dry your hair you will not see any results.
