Does stay in place
Decent quality rod, but it doesn’t stay in place. I am constantly having to readjust after casting.

Convenient
Easy to travel with and to assemble! After buying my son one for his bday had to buy myself one. We took them to the Florida Keys and fished at Crocodile Crossing Bridge!

Good reel and kit, but pole falling apart on first day
The rod: One of the line rings already broke loose and had to be re-glued the first time I extended the rod - literally hadn’t even strung the line.The reel: surprisingly smooth. It runs clean and isn’t as cheaply made as I thought it would be. The lures and hooks are actually decent here in Florida. You can never have too much backup tackle.I just wanted a combo kit to leave in the truck and cast around after work. It’s perfect for that.
