Checks Off Many Boxes
This is perhaps the best knife I have purchased off Amazon for $10. It has good heft, a thick blade, and a sturdy handle. I made a beef stew chopping up potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, and beef. This kiritsuke made short work of all of them. Of course it will dull eventually, but nothing some time with a whetstone won't fix. This knife is a pleasure to use and makes prepwork a breeze. The blade has the dimpling which is supposed to keep food from sticking to it, but I didn't notice anything revolutionary about this. It does have a pretty, shiny edge but I am sure battle scars will show their mark soon enough with regular usage. This should be no big deal. It is a tool for me not a display piece.I can't overstate how built-to-last this knife appears to be. I would guess that it is full tang because the pakkawood (inexpensive material but durable) handle feels heavy, so there is surely metal underneath it. It should last a lifetime with minimal care like handwashing and immediate drying with a dish towel to avoid rusting. (Don't throw your knives into the dishwasher.)I recommend this EANINNO highly and will watch them for other offerings. High value, low price.

quality and design
so you are looking for a cheap knife that is as good as a 100-dollar knife well you have found it hear you do not want an all stainless steel knife why ever try to sharpen one when it gets dull you want a carbon steel knife that is what the chefs use easy to sharpen and easy to get a razor sharp edge on it be careful be like a razor you just touch it and you get cut and yes it can get dirty and it will rust but all you have to do is just dry it well so this knife has that and at a ridiculously low price so go ahead and buy one of those pretty stainless steel knives and try and put an edge on it there you go you have been educated

Amazed at the Quality and low-cost...
I really just bought this knife because of the description and the low price. Never thinking it was going to be any good. But it is. I've only used it once or twice so time will tell. But it's as sharp or sharper than my other knives. And it's very handsome and hefty.

Super knife
Such a nice well balanced and quality made knife. This knife is a perfect addition to my ever expanding cooking knife collection. This thing is razor sharp which means it's simple and easy to use. For the price point of this one I am impressed with it so far and will update my review as I use it over time.

Great Quality Knife
I didn't expect much from this knife but it outperformed my expectations. I use it to cut cured tuna and salmon for sashimi and I can cut the fish much thinner than I would have been able to with one of my daily use knives. I don't know if that means this knife is great, or if it's just because I only use it for this one purpose. Anyways it looks really cool.
