It works!
The right rear window on my GLC 300 was stuck open. The dealer wanted me to pay $150 diagnostic fee plus $325 an hour to fix. I watched a Youtube video that showed that this is an easy fix by simply replacing the switch panel. Mercedes is charging $165 for the part, though I couldn't tell the difference between this and the OEM. Took just a few minutes to install it, and all my windows now work perfectly.
