I like these because I can taste the acv in them assuring me they are authentic.They are easy to swallow however, I take only one at a time either am and noon or noon and pm (total of two per day). The reason being is that i take one with about 8 oz or more of water, then wait about 15 min and drink another 8-10 or more ounces of water. I do this so that the pill won't ever get stuck in my throat and cause any damage to it. I could take both at the same time but would probably drink more water between and after the second one.It is a great product and has helped me with a bit of weight management so far.This is the best ACV supplement I have found. Hopefully it has all the other benefits of the liquid without taking the liquid.

I've been enjoying the convenience of ACV pills and Ancient bliss products. This is my third product from them and they've been so effective.
