Unable to enjoy its quality and benefits, because of these are not fitting properly in the ears, could be a design fault

I lost one of my buds unfortunately i was not able to buy one pair i live in jordan.Then unfortunately the other one stopped working without any reason

The sound is good. Battery life good. However they are difficult to keep inside the ear. It is so irritating and defeats the purpose. If anyone has a solution, please help.

Definitely disappointed in both the sound and the fit. Initially a very cheap tiny sound that can be fixed using the equalizer app. However, this only works if they fit securely. Constantly moving and falling out (they are weighted to the outside). This regardless which size used. This causes the sound (bass) to constantly change.

Don't buy this item it's waste of your money & time

J'ai acheter ces écouteurs pour remplacer ceux de mon fils qui étaient tombés en panne .... C'était aussi des JBL. J'ai donc j'ai opté pour ceux la , et mon fils est sur le cul !!! C'est juste de la bombe atomique ! Le son , les options de réglage , le design...tout est top ! Et en plus ils sont compatibles Alexa et donc on peut commander les appareils connectés depuis les écouteurs ! Et ça c est pas écrit dans la description !!!!!Bref 20/10 !!!!😱

Passformen på hörlurarna är inte bra på mig. De trillar lätt ut och går inte att springa med. Dessutom kommer man lätt åt knappen på utsidan av hörlurarna när man ska rätta till dem så de stängs av av misstag. Ljudet är helt ok.
