First, remember that copper and silver are very conductive metals. Second, Copper is essential to our health. These mugs are thin. Very pretty mugs. Hand wash only, Do Not dishwash. Copper will not keep your drink colder this is a myth. In fact it will get warmer faster because of how conductive it is. What I like is that your brain perceives it as colder because the handle is copper and you feel the coldness of the drink. I actually like that I can feel the cold. You should not drink hot liquids in copper. For instance hot coffee would not be pleasant to handle. From the research I have done copper has some health benefits in small quantities. However, copper can also become toxic. So it is recommended mainly for drinking water. But if You want a Moscow Mule or ginger ale, lemonade, chocolate milk, orange juice, a shirley temple than drink it quickly. You do not want to leave any acidic drink for more than two hours in the mug just to be on the safe side.Lastly, I love the copper straws However, they tend to scratch the inside of mug which concerns me. Coated or non coated I can't confirm. But either way I would stay cautious because if its coated in theory acidic drinks are fine. But the fact that the straw scratches it quickly means it might as well not be coated. So just be safe, enjoy chilled drinks but dont let them sit long. Great mug to use while eating a meal.Update: these cups were originally nice. However the straws did end up scratching the bottom so they tarnished quickly. I now use them to hold Arts and crafts.

These copper mugs are the perfect holiday gift! They were packaged well and came with really nice accessories like the copper sipping straws, straw cleaning brush, and coasters. I made homemade eggnog and these mugs kept it cold while we causally sipped! 10/10 recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I absolutely love this set the coasters work great at absorbing any condensation rolling off of cups and the copper cups are exactly as described. They are very great quality.

I did a lot of research before buying these for Valentine’s Day for my BF. He and I love these. They are large, gorgeous and in great shape (unlike a lot of other types that seem to arrive damaged). I especially like the vertical sides, that are not as hard to drink from as the rounded ones we’ve used at bars. Granted, we are using the matching straws that came with the cups. I’m very happy with these mugs and highly recommend them.
