This bag of Potassium is the best I have ever purchased! A little goes a long way. Very good quality.And if you are not aware, potassium is what you need when you sweat alot, like in the summer. And should you have high blood pressure, I used to, instead of taking pharmaceuticals, add potassium-magnesium-salt, to your daily regime. In proper proportions. That combination is what you are missing. See the Findlan study. The entire country removed the processed salt from the restaurant tables.
