My occupational therapist recommended I get one of these for upper body strength workouts. It’s working so far, I’m glad I listened.

I got this because I have started doing aerobics at home again, including step aerobics. I have a bad leg so I need some support at times when doing certain moves. This gives me plenty of stability and also serves as a good weighted bar for some of the workouts that include weights. It is not too heavy but it serves its purpose by being heavy enough to feel it in my muscles. Will be looking for a heavier bar in the future once I no longer feel the soreness in my arms from this one. Perfect height to provide that support and stability I need as well.

I got a set of 10, 15, 20 for doing les mills body pump at home when I can’t make it to the class at the gym as I was unwilling to spend for a pricey les mills set. I like that you don’t have to bother with changing plates between tracks you just grab the bar of the weight you want. I did nick the foam on one but they are fairly comfortable to use. The only issue I had was they kept delaying the shipment of the 10 lb bar even though it never said out of stock so I canceled it and ordered a used one for the same price cause I got tired of waiting.

This was exactly what I was looking for and at a great price.
