Excellent customer service?
I bought this for my first hunting slingshot. So far it has worked amazingly. I had a hiccup at first, when installing the 3 band slings all of mine broke for some reason upon first pull. I contacted customer service and was in contact with them, and had my problem resolved in 24hrs. Excellent customer service. I will be a repeat customer in the future when looking for my slingshot and archery products.
