I bought this clarinet because I am starting back playing after a long hiatus. The price was perfect and exactly what I needed. This is going to be my practice clarinet until I get a more expensive one once I get my shape back. The color of the clarinet is beautiful and just like the picture. Even the mouth piece matched the color of the clarinet. The kit contained a box of ten number 2 reeds plus an additional one already attached to the mouthpiece. The keys are nickel plated and look really nice. For this clarinet to not be a wooden one, it has the right weight. One thing that happened to me was that the mouthpiece from this clarinet didn’t work well for me, so I used my Vandoren, and it worked perfectly. The kit is perfect for all the items it brought: two cleaning rags, small screwdriver, cork grease, clarinet stand, and two brushes. Of course, you can’t expect the clarinet to sound like a professional one, but it isn’t too out of tune. It could be because I didn’t have time to warm up better. If you are looking for a practical clarinet that isn’t expensive and ready yo use, this is the instrument for you.

Works great for our Clarinet Student. Are and instrument seems good quality especially for the low price. Lots of extras like reeds, stand, etc.

It worked amazingly but, I wasn't able to play any of the lower notes. It's a good price for all of the equipment that most stores will make you buy separately. Honestly it's a good investment and great instrument for beginners. It looks great like if a professional person bought it for 2000$. The sound quality is great just not on the lower notes like c and the other's. The color is great for middle school band and high school.

Gave it a 5 star / wonderful instrument - originally . Today would give it a negative 5 if I could. Lasted 10 months - and not even played over the summer - and has basically fallen apart . Absolute garbage . Band director even tried to repair with used parts she has on hand and no success. Throwing it away and going to try to rent a used one to get through this year.

Our Church bought different instrument, no complain. They function well, our students are learning with the. The sound is perfect, ease of use, playability. We recommend them.

I got this and compared it to my Selmer. The sound is much brighter. The notes are smooth and easy to produce in the clarion and altissimo registers. It’s a beautiful instrument and very well packaged.

So far, so good! Love the matte finish and the extra reeds have already been super convenient! Great started instrument!
